Worth Hills Neighborhood
Residence halls in Worth Hills are located southwest of the Campus Commons, adjacent to the athletic facilities, the King Family Commons, and the Greek Village. The majority of these modern residential units classify as singles.
Worth Hills includes:
Campus Commons
This is the centralized heart of campus, near both the Brown-Lupton University Union and many academic buildings. Frog Fountain and the Campus Commons are the picturesque landmarks that embody the Horned Frog experience.
Residential units classify as either single or double suites. Halls include:
Contiguous to the south are Moncrief and Milton-Daniel Halls. These contain a mix of traditional doubles and suite-style units.
Traditional Doubles
These larger communities are mostly filled with first-year students during the academic year.
These halls are close to fine arts venues, classrooms, the Rec Center, and the Brown-Lupton University Union. Waits and Foster Halls also contain suite-style units.
Tom Brown Pete Wright Apartments
TBPW are the only apartment communities on campus. These units contain a kitchen in addition to a communal living room, with one bed per bedroom and four residents per apartment. TBPW is located just east of the Rec Center; visitors parking is right outside.
Hyatt Place Fort Worth/TCU
The new on-campus hotel opened in 2021. It accommodates groups, families, and friends of TCU. The hotel includes lodging, multipurpose event space, and a rooftop terrace bar available for use by camps and conferences. It may be an alternative to residence halls on campus for those seeking a refined experience.
